*LAST ENTRY POLICY:

LUNCH - 2:00 PM

EVENING - 9:00 PM / 8:00PM (ON SUNDAY)

* For reservations of 11+ guests please contact us via info@bluesakura.co.uk and a staff member will assistance you.

*Deposit policy for large group reservations: for groups of 18+, a £20 per person refundable deposit is required to secure the reservation. To make a reservation, contact us via email and a payment link will be sent. If a booking party arrives with fewer than half of the original guests without prior notice, the deposit per person will not be refunded.

*Please note that your reservation isn't fully confirmed until you input your credit/debit card details. After bank authorisation please return to the website. You will always receive an automatic confirmation email with a booking reference number. If you don't receive them, get in touch with us immediately as your reservation hasn't been successful.

*Please include children/babies within the party size and add in comments if pram space, a highchair or a booster seat is required.

*"No Show Policy" In the event of a no-show we reserve the right to charge you a "no-show" fee. If you fail to attend or cancel less than 24 hours before the specified time of your reservation you will be charged £20 per person.

* For Lunch reservations, if you arrive 15 minutes late for your reservation we reserve the right to give away your table(s), although we will always endeavour to accommodate you at a later time if possible.

*For Evening reservations, if you arrive 30 minutes late for your reservation we reserve the right to give away your table(s), although we will always endeavour to accommodate you at a later time if possible.

*For a fair dining experience, the maximum time permitted for each table is 1 hour 30 minutes for Lunch and 2 hours for Dinner, we would appreciate your cooperation and consideration for others.

*Please check the First Direct Arena’s events calendar as this may affect travel time & parking.

*Bank Holidays & Public Holidays: Please note that there may be a slight price increase on these dates.
